Using the store or placing an order means you agree to these terms.

Orders

  • Check that your details and address are correct before completing your order.
  • An order is confirmed once payment is completed or cash on delivery is selected.
  • If a product cannot be supplied, we will contact you to replace it or refund the amount.

Prices

Prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT. Prices may change without prior notice; this does not affect confirmed orders.

Payment

Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. A cash on delivery fee may apply and is shown before you complete the order.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the Kingdom according to shipping company coverage. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete the order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Installation service

  • Installation is available in Riyadh only, by an appointment arranged with the customer.
  • You must provide access to the site and any required permit.
  • Installation can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.

Warranty

All products carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, breakage, electrical voltage problems, or unauthorized repairs.

Lawful use of surveillance systems

You are responsible for using surveillance cameras and recordings in line with the law and for respecting the privacy of others.

Intellectual property

Store content, including text, images and logos, belongs to the company or its owners and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by misuse or unauthorized installation. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
